Our Great Grandpa Bobby

We first became interested in World War II when our Great Grandpa Robert King began telling us his experiences in the Pacific Ocean. Grandpa Bobby was on an oil tanker in Guadalcanal when he served in the U.S. Navy. (He is on the right in the picture sitting on the cannon.) We have checked out books and movies from the library to learn more. We are writing this blog to share what we are learning about World War II.
